For appointments after 10 AM, please come at least 15 minutes before your booked schedule to give you ample time to browse our displays before you use the assigned fitting room on your schedule.
First 30 minutes - FREE. Only 3 gowns are allowed for fitting.
Pay P250 per excess of 30 minutes. Choose another 3 gowns for fitting. But this P250 will be waived if the client reserves and pays in full.
NO EXTENSIONS are allowed when there is a succeeding appointment.
Client who misses an appointment or commits a “no-show” will no longer be entitled to the FREE 30 minutes fitting. Clients who will not be able to make it to their appointment should be able to edit their appointment in order to avail of FREE fitting.
How to reschedule an appointment: 1) Go to your appointment email confirmation 2) click “reschedule” 3) Enter the new date and time you wish to come for an appointment
A no-show at exactly the start of your appointment shall mean you have automatically waived your slot in favor of walk-in customers.
In addition, please note that the status of the availability of items at the store CHANGES every hour, every day. We can only confirm availability upon fitting. There is no assurance on the availability of any item on display.
